The Objective…is to survive having a better life experience. Achieve bliss.
Yes, that’s right, the first objective of human beings is to survive but this is normally achieved by the average human being at a non conscious level.
The second objective is normally to have pleasurable sensations. Having them means having a well functioning body and mind, means having health. So in seeking to have these pleasurable sensations, we also have a body and mind better suited to survival.
Then how to achieve bliss?
Life joyously, playfully, totally, and with no other purpose at the end. Just like small children playing on the sea beach, collecting seashells and colored stones – for what purpose?
Understand that life is a sheer joy, a playfulness, a fun, a laughter, for no purpose at all. The moment you understand it, you have understood what bliss is all about.
Achieve bliss joyfully
Considering all the above, remember that bliss is something beyond the mind. The first step is to be playful about it. If you are playful about it, mind interferences will be overcome by transformation.
If you take the way to bliss too seriously the risk to turn it into another ego trip is very high; it will make you very serious. And we are not here playing ego games, isn’t it?
In the other hand, if you take your transformation through the practices we propose as a game, not focusing on results but having fun your chances to achieve bliss quickly increase exponentially.
